Our range of Cast Iron Bars are made from Grey Cast Iron & CuZnAl-alloy, we fabricate valve guides that have perlitic structure with high phosphorous content. The perlitic structure and the reticular phosphide distribution along with the good graphite formation give high wear resistance and improved running properties in poor lubrication condition. Our CuZnAl-alloy guides are with excellent wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. At Jai Auto Industries, all our cast iron bars are manufactured having minimum hardness of 93 HRB (200 BHN).
